“Our Community engaged Ivy Hill initially to do common area grass cutting, landscaping and snow removal…for our shared drive residents when our former firm for over 16 years discontinue service to the Community.  I honestly can not say enough about the outstanding job Ivy Hill has done for our Community… We subsequently discovered that Ivy Hill also does storm water management services.  We discontinued service with the previous firm that took advantage of the Community.  Ivy Hill stepped up and help us work with our County inspector to repair the pond to the County’s expectation…  We hired Ivy Hill, who has done outstanding work in monitoring and keeping the storm water maintenance pond free of debris and weed overgrowth.
